“ SOOOOO GOOOOOD!! My mom and I are so obsessed with this place, we been eating it for 2 weeks straight lmao. We always buy so much food, they give us free dessert! They're so nice I highly recommend the Pipikaula plate. The crispy beef ribs are so juicy and flavorful. The Crispy Kare Kare is FIRE. The mami soup and beef soup warms my tummy. I usually don't like ube pancakes from anywhere but this is the first place is genuinely love it cause it's not too sweet even though it's drenched in ube. It's YUMMMMMY!!! The desserts are SOOO fire too. Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything. ”

“ Solid 4.5 spot for filipino food. There's plenty of parking in the strip mall and there's a handful of tables inside. During peak times, it may take time to wait for a table. There's a self serve area for condiments, utensils, water, and to-go boxes. We bussed our own table as it didn't seem like there was staff to do it. Ambiance is not okay and nothing special. Highly recommend the lumpia, garlic noodles, and ube pancakes! Lumpia: An order has 8 pieces and has pork and some veggies - there's no shrimp. The lumpia are super crispy and flavorful. Really delicious. Ube Pancakes: The pancakes are soft and buttery. The sauce that comes with it is really delicious. Very forward on the ube flavor and delicious. It's a little on the sweet side by better than Ludi's in my opinion. Adobo bowl: Comes with 3 pieces of bone in chicken thigh that had delicious flavor. Also the Mac salad, is some of the best I've had. Also recommend the halo halo as a dessert. ”

“ Hawaiian/Filipino Fusion? I haven't had too much of either cuisine, but Enseamada Cafe certainly looked like it served fantastic food! I went to this counter service establishment for a weekday lunch and was amazed at the array of desserts on display - unfortunately I already had dessert plans so I only got an entree! Crispy Sizzling Sisig ($18.95) - I wouldn't say this dish is exactly sizzling when it comes out - it is indeed served on a hot plate and it's served hot, but sizzling? Not sure about that! At any rate, this plate comes with an absolute ton of fried, cubed pork belly. It's covered in a sauce that's sweet, savory and somewhat sour, with a mayo drizzle on top that adds more richness and creaminess. I have to say - this dish is already so heavy and rich that the mayo really isn't required at all! The pork belly is fried until the fat becomes soft rather than being tough, and the meat almost develops a crackle when bit into. There's crunchy fried onions sprinkled on top, and an egg that's cooked until completely set. On the side, Enseamada gives two tiny scoops of rice. The rice is cooked pretty much perfectly, not too mushy, and not too dry, and is dusted with some furikake. The only problem is that there's not nearly enough rice for the amount of meat! This dish is so heavy, it feels like it's not something that should be eaten by itself and instead should be ordered with a side of veggies and more rice. I only ate about half the dish and was stuffed. (4/5) There are so many desserts and other dishes to try here at Enseamada. I will definitely be revisiting. Bathrooms - Single unisex room ”

“ Visiting Enseamada is always a great experience. Their food brings back memories of Hawaii, and the flavors are amazing. The mac salad is always perfect, adding a nice balance to the meal. We tried the chicken adobo, garlic shrimp, and hurricane chicken plates, and each one was delicious and satisfying. The portions are generous, and every bite hits the spot. I will definitely be back to try more desserts. ”

“ Just tried their drinks/freshers to start with and it did not disappoint. Their mango refresher is very delicious. Also had their mango tres leches for dessert - really good. Also tried Calamansi refresher not expecting the green tea taste so wasn't a big fan of that one but if you like green tea this is a good lemony twist to it. ”

“ This place is so good and I have frequented so many times, I even do the forbidden thing... *I doordash* Enseamada Cafe multiple times a month. Mouthwatering Sisig and their fan favorite Mac Salad. A fellow Yelper recommended me this spot back in 2023, forever changing my life. Located in South Everett, Enseamada holds enough space for around 30 visitors and orders are placed and served, cafe style. Their condiment bar is great, lots of variety in sauces, and don't forget to try their desserts! My go to orders are the Sisig platter, the 808 platter which consists of a beef rib, butterflied fried shrimp, lumpia, and their mac salad. I like to get side orders of their lechon and lumpia as well. If you have never had Sisig before, don't walk, run to Enseamada for a creamy, unami, yet citrusy and crispy punch of pork flavor with bits of fried onion and egg. Enseamada is my go to for all Filipino/Hawaiian fusion needs. ”

“ Enseamada draws you in with its bright decor chill vibes and most importantly the food. Compared to other Filipino restaurants I've visited and have had sisig, Enseamada Cafe makes their Pork Sisig differently. Their crispy sizzling sisig is cut into bigger chunks and topped with a sweeter mayo sauce. Preferably this is not how I like my sisig, since I like it chopped finely with a hint of spice and vinegar. However, if you like it like this and in big portions it is for you. What I liked was their ube halo-halo, it was so good and cool for a hot day. It came with all the different toppings. I came here with a friend and we had a hard time finishing it, along with our crispy sizzling sisig. It takes an empty stomach to finish the food at Enseamada, so if you're looking to feast it is the right place for you. ”

“ My family and I have visited Enseamada Cafe several times now and are going down the menu. We've enjoyed the 808 Mix Plate, Hurricane Chicken, Crispy Sizzling Sisig and Chicken Adobo bowl. They have specials too, including the Pulehu Ribs & Fried Rice. Everything has been delicious and flavorful. We also tried the garlic noodles, which I found to lack garlic flavor. The sisig - grilled pork - was overly cooked and hard to chew. We end our meals with a couple of the halo-halo desserts. So far, the Ube and Mango are our favorites. The lychee refresher was a little too sweet for me. Service is always friendly and welcoming. While it's always busy when we arrive at dinnertime, we do manage to find a seat. ”

“ Good food & good desserts :) I got their hurricane chicken with their ube halo halo. My only regret is that I can't order all of their dishes in one go. Each plate comes with a sizable portion, equivalent to about two meals, especially if you order a halo halo alongside it, The hurricane chicken was crispy, garlicky, and sweet. Along with the rice and mac salad, it was a delicious dish. The ube halo halo, was like an Oreo milkshake with hints of ube. Creamy, sweet, and slightly nutty. It's delicious but definitely heavy as you would expect it to be. Really enjoyed this place and will be back to try their other dishes. ”
